Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Heritage Indian Cuisine Nanaimo. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Recommend wine and drink selections to customers based on their preferences.
  • Prepare and serve mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Collect payment from customers and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Work Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
