Bartender/mixologist

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, and beers.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations based on their preferences and enhance their overall experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system; handle cash and credit card payments efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new drink recipes, and seasonal offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for the beverage industry, with an eagerness to learn new techniques and recipes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
