About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Professional to join our team at Work Global Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and document user requirements to ensure accurate software development.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals to deliver software projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications using languages such as Java, Python, and HTML.
  • Research and Evaluation: Research and evaluate various software products to ensure they meet our business needs.
  • Communication: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in software development and team leadership.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
