Job Summary
TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving and directing visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and events, providing support and coordination as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.
- Excellent proficiency in French and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
