We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Cogir Immobilier. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level customer service to residents and visitors
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff
- Analyze client needs and provide solutions
- Assist with administrative tasks and duties
- Distribute notices and information to residents
- Research and compile information for reports
- Prepare and send mail outs
- Manage petty cash and sales of meal vouchers
- Maintain the residence directory
- Respond to resident requests and concerns
- Receive and redirect incoming calls
- Perform clerical tasks and duties
- Customer service approach and ability to develop relationships
- Professionalism, versatility, commitment, and sense of organization
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Discretion and rigor
- Customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook software
- High school diploma (SSD)
- DEC in business administration or related field
