Job Summary

The Landscape Artist Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor construction team, you will be responsible for planning and executing landscape construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for landscape construction projects
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other outdoor features
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work to ensure high-quality results
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Handle heavy loads and materials
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
