Job Summary

The Landscape Artist Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to lead our outdoor construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for landscape construction projects
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other outdoor features
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, including material requisitions and equipment maintenance
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve work problems and improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in outdoor construction or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is primarily outdoors, with occasional indoor work in our office or warehouse.
