Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

The Landscape Artist Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for landscape construction projects
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Handle heavy loads and equipment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field
  • Permanent employment with a regular 40-hour workweek
  • Fluency in English
