Food Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at TRUE LOAF BREAD COMPANY. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Our workplace is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, and the ability to work well under pressure is essential.
