Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as wash and polish floors.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling customer inquiries.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
This is a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads. Overtime may be required.
