Job Description

Behaviour Interactive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Designer to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing game economies that drive player engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monetization Strategy Development: Collaborate with the development team to define and implement monetization strategies that align with the game's business goals.
  • Economic System Design: Design and balance complex game economic systems, including virtual products, player progression, currencies, sinks, and sources.
  • Design Documentation: Create detailed design documents that outline the game's economy, including acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in economic design or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in game development, with a focus on game economies and monetization strategies.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance complex game economic systems and work with Agile production methodologies.
  • Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Excel simulations and predictive calculations, as well as analytics software such as Tableau, Mixpanel, Swrve, or equivalents.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
