Senior Game Designer

As a Senior Game Designer at Behaviour Interactive, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Game Designer and other team members to deliver high-quality features from conception to implementation. You must be able to create complex designs based on the core pillars of the game established by the Directors. You will be required to document, implement, iterate, and balance your features until they have reached the required level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and provide relevant design vision and documentation for game systems;
  • Lead small multi-disciplinary teams to develop game systems to the required quality level;
  • Create high-quality gameplay that aligns with the game's direction;
  • Develop and update game design documentation;
  • Create and balance gameplay systems;
  • Test features in both Live and QA environments;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the video game industry;
  • Experience with 3Cs (camera, character, controls);
  • Experience with combat and multiplayer games;
  • Proficient with Unreal 4.X and Blueprints for scripting and testing purposes;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French and/or in English.
