Exceptional communication skills are vital, enabling the consultant to present the dealership's products and discern customer needs through effective questioning.

The Sales Consultant must be a skilled negotiator, adept at addressing customer hesitations and objections. Throughout the sales process, the consultant is expected to project a positive image of the dealership, reflected in their professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Collaborating with the Sales Manager, the consultant will establish personal sales targets and strategize on achieving these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage every customer as a potential long-term client, projecting a professional image that embodies integrity and concern for their wants and needs.
  2. Facilitate vehicle sales to enhance dealership profitability, boost sales volume, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Communicate objectives and planned activities to management.
  4. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they comprehend the operational features, warranty terms, and all relevant documentation to foster customer loyalty.
  5. Maintain a follow-up system for owners and prospects to promote repeat, referral, and new business opportunities.
  6. Introduce customers to our Service Department personnel to highlight the quality and efficiency of our dealership's services.
  7. Acknowledge that business success is rooted in customer satisfaction and commit to achieving it.

Essential Skills:

  1. Understanding of sales processes, procedures, and follow-up techniques.
  2. Ability to warmly welcome and engage customers.
  3. Capacity to relate effectively to customers from diverse backgrounds, focusing on their satisfaction.
  4. Familiarity with company products, including pricing, models, series, options, warranties, colors, standard equipment, and specifications.
  5. Proficiency in prospecting and soliciting referrals.
  6. Aptitude for advising customers on their preferences, financial considerations, and needs.

The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding communication and leadership abilities, possess a strong drive for success, and have a passion for quality vehicles.
