Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a smooth and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
