About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at D&J Glassess Truck&trailer service Ltd. as a key member of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including trial balances, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize accounting software, such as Tally ERP, Quick Books, and Sage Accounting Software, to manage financial data and perform tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.
