Key Responsibilities
  1. Infrastructure Oversight: Actively manage and monitor client systems to guarantee uptime, reliability, and security. This includes servers, workstations, network configurations, and cloud services.
  2. User Support: Deliver both remote and on-site technical assistance to clients.
  3. Issue Diagnosis: Identify and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and networking.

  5. Maintenance Protocols: Conduct regular maintenance, including security updates and data backups.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work alongside other IT professionals to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
  7. Documentation and Automation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and procedures. Proactively automate processes using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and management tools (e.g., RMM, Ansible).
Required Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated experience in a managed service provider or similar technical support environment.
  2. Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  3. Solid understanding of networking principles, including VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  4. Experience with enterprise-level virtualization technologies.
  5. Familiarity with email systems and related configurations (i.e., DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  6. A degree in information technology or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  7. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA Network+, Google Workspace Administrator) are advantageous.
