Director, Annual Campaigns

The AFP Golden Horseshoe Chapter is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our annual campaigns as Director, Annual Campaigns. In this critical role, you will provide strategic vision and thought leadership to drive the success of our direct response marketing and membership campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual campaigns to engage, acquire, and retain donors.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to provide strategic guidance and oversight of campaign efforts.
  • Lead a high-performing team of 5 to achieve revenue goals, conversion rates, and retention targets.
  • Manage relationships with external campaign partners, including telefunding agencies and mailhouses.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive campaign success.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in CRM optimization and effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for a candidate with experience in writing/editing direct-response fundraising copy.
  • Outcome-focused with excellent project and time management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong experience and capability with CRM systems, knowledge of Tessitura is an asset.
