Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in customer retention, customer acquisition, and ongoing service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Diversify and grow an active book of business by connecting with stakeholders in existing accounts to uncover, pursue, develop, and close prospects.
- Nurture relationships with existing repeat clients in our PTAC replacement market by proactively engaging, building relationships, and retaining clients.
- Closing deals through proactive activity, including making 30-50 proactive outreaches daily through phone, email, and LinkedIn to current customers and leads.
- Provide customer support and issue resolution by serving as the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns raised, ensuring a swift resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Regularly report on account status to senior management, providing insights and updates that inform decision-making.
- Experience in business development and B2B product sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to build trusting relationships within and across teams and with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to make proactive or rapid decisions based on experience and knowledge.
- Results-driven and resilient, with a passion for connecting people with great products.
We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 with an OTE potential of up to $115,000, based on performance.
