We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Analyst to join our team at Electricenergyonline. As a key member of our collections team, you will play a critical role in reviewing and monitoring end-to-end credit and collection policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Review and investigate past due accounts, recommending action to resolve collections-related customer issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Reconcile accounts in case of discrepancies and prepare reports as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance collections efficiency.
- Utilize advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint, to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- 1 year of collections or accounts receivable experience.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a requirement for this role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
