Role Overview

As a Server, you will work closely with the Front of House Management Team to deliver exceptional service. You will possess comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, enabling you to answer inquiries, provide recommendations, and enhance the overall guest experience. Maintaining a clean and organized section while ensuring food quality meets our presentation standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming guest experience through attentive service and adherence to established protocols
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu items to make informed recommendations
  • Ensure precision when inputting orders into the POS system
  • Oversee food quality and presentation to meet our high standards
  • Maintain cleanliness in your designated area, ensuring all materials are organized and tidy
  • Comply with all food safety regulations and practices
  • Be attentive to special requests, including dietary restrictions
  • Efficiently complete opening, closing, and side duties
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Provincial Liquor Certification
  • Previous serving experience in a similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed
  • Excellent organizational and sales skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities
  • High level of product knowledge
