Job Title: Site Supervisor

At CIMA+, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site progress, including daily reports and issue tracking.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues and ensure project delivery.
  • Develop and implement site-specific procedures and protocols to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to site personnel.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in building mechanics or electricity (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 years' experience in site supervision, or 6 years' equivalent relevant experience on a construction site in electricity, tinsmithing, control, or plumbing/pipefitting.
  • ASP Construction course (an asset).
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Proven experience in building mechanics or electricity, with effective site management skills and good command of techniques.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Excellent communication and priority management skills.
