Job Summary

Chaiiwala of London is seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Describe menu items including daily specials to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each dish.
  • Advise on menu selections based on customer preferences and dietary requirements, providing personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Greet patrons and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and accommodations to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide customer service that exceeds expectations, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
