Job Summary

We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan Ft. Richmond. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain a high level of food safety and quality.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and dining area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
