Position Overview

Röchling Industrial, a leading global manufacturer in the plastics sector, is currently expanding its operations and is seeking skilled professionals for its manufacturing facility.

If you possess a strong mechanical aptitude and are looking for a stable and rewarding role where your expertise and creativity can flourish, this opportunity may be for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely set up, operate, troubleshoot, dismantle, and change over extrusion machinery in accordance with established protocols and customer specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints and diagrams to accurately position and secure machinery.
  • Perform machine adjustments and cleaning as necessary.
  • Document all work performed as required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated mechanical skills.
  • Proficient in using measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of working independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift operation experience is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation package is competitive and will be based on your knowledge, skills, and experience, with potential earnings starting at $27.00 per hour. Additional shift premiums are available.

Work Schedule:

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • 12-hour continental shifts, alternating between day and night, with a 4-week rotation.
  • Biweekly hours totaling 84, with opportunities for overtime.
