Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
  • Monitor and control crowds, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with event staff and security teams to ensure a seamless event experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Valid BC Security Guard License (OFA3 or Traffic control ticket may be required separately)
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Clear criminal background and child abuse registry check
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
