Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Bob's Liquor Beer & Wine Store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, reliability, team player, initiative
Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to stand for long periods, bend, and crouch to perform tasks.
