About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at Everest Liquor Discounter Crestwood Ltd. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock and Maintain the Sales Floor: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Participate in sales promotions, product demonstrations, and other in-store events to drive sales and engage with customers.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple transactions and tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, and flexibility.
