Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure adherence to the site safety protocols and take necessary measures to rectify any safety concerns.
  2. Formulate, execute, and routinely revise a comprehensive logistics strategy for the project.
  3. Revise the overall project timeline and create a two-week forecast in collaboration with subcontractors.
  4. Facilitate meetings with subcontractors to review safety, project advancements, and upcoming coordination tasks, ensuring all infrastructure interruptions are planned with adequate notice.
  5. All planned interruptions must be documented and submitted to stakeholders well in advance.
  6. Verify that all work is executed in compliance with design specifications, regulatory standards, and local building regulations.
  7. Possess knowledge of Quality Assurance practices related to excavation, duct-bank assembly, electrical installations, and transformer updates.
  8. Maintain thorough project records, including daily logs, safety documentation, and visual progress reports.
  9. Track and manage punch-list items to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
Qualifications:
  1. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, along with technical expertise in areas such as excavation, rock breaking, duct-bank assembly, medium voltage operations, cable installation, transformer updates, and project shutdowns.
  2. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Procore software is advantageous.
  4. Reliable transportation is required.
