Position Overview

Join our team at TEC Electrical as a dedicated Electrician. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a relevant field
  • Certification: Electrician Trade Certification
Key Responsibilities
  • Install underground wiring and cables to ensure safe and reliable electrical systems.
  • Maintain detailed reports and documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Conduct testing and measurement of voltage, loads, and ground faults to ensure circuit integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate electrical faults effectively.
  • Connect power to audio and visual equipment as required.
  • Install surface mount and/or overhead cables with precision.
  • Supervise and guide other workers in the field.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects accurately.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance system reliability.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to execute tasks efficiently.
