About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Rai Express Lines Ltd. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of our freight forwarding activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Operational Logistics Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
