Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, maintaining records, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and perform other financial tasks as required.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Language and Hours: Fluency in English is required, and the successful candidate will work 35 hours per week.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
