About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at 10100432 Manitoba Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions.
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings, ensuring a watertight seal.
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential roofing issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • Permanent employment with a reputable company.
  • English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
  • 35 hours per week of work, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
