Job Title: Roofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Young Roofing & Construction Inc. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing, asphalt shingles, and metal roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair roofing systems, including built-up roofing, asphalt shingles, and metal roofs
  • Inspect and diagnose roofing issues, identifying areas that require repair or replacement
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning gutters and downspouts
  • Work at heights, using scaffolding and other equipment as necessary
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in roofing or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
