We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Young Roofing & Construction Inc. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing systems, asphalt shingles, and metal roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair roofing systems using various materials and techniques
  • Inspect and diagnose roofing issues to determine the best course of action
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in roofing or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
