About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team of Account Managers. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Account Managers, including preparing quotes, managing multiple projects, and researching data to support sales efforts.
  • Project Management: Review, prioritize, and action requests to meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Data Analysis: Research, prepare, and analyze data from multiple databases to support sales team efforts.
  • Client Management: Create and maintain project files, client records, and prepare reports and documentation as needed.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, answering calls, greeting staff and visitors, and sorting/distributing incoming mail.
Requirements
  • Education: College education in a related field (Business, Administration) or related experience.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of office administrative experience and 0-1 year of sales/service sector experience.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, strong verbal and written communication, time management and multitasking, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to adapt to new and changing processes.
