CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Institutional and Private Wealth Management division.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Account Director to oversee the development and implementation of our financial products and services.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of investment and retirement product laws and management systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, competitors' products and services, and recommending improvements to maintain our competitive position.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and soliciting groups and actuarial consultants for various products and services.
- Additionally, they will support other representatives during the implementation of investment and retirement products, and analyze changes to regulations, contracts, forms, or other documents to justify them to clients and gain acceptance.
- The Account Director will also identify product and service features compared to competitors and use them as selling points to clients, and support group leaders and actuarial consultants by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Regular visits to groups and actuarial consultants will be required to develop business and maintain strong relationships.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for explaining products and services to group leaders, members, and actuarial consultants, and preparing and conducting courses on fund management services and collective pension administration.
- Participating in organizing activities, drafting documents, and presenting or distributing them to promote our products and services will also be a key responsibility.
- Finally, the Account Director will provide weekly reports on ongoing business and produce other reports related to department activities.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in financial product sales is necessary.
- The successful candidate must hold financial security advisor and collective pension plan advisor licenses or be committed to obtaining them.
- Proficiency in French and advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written, is also required.
