Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Support the organization's financial operations by providing in-depth analysis, forecasts, and expert reports on product growth;
  • Collect, process, and analyze financial data to inform business decisions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for near- and long-term growth strategies;
  • Develop and maintain financial models to inform investment prioritization efforts;
  • Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify key areas of improvement;
  • Stay up-to-date with finance processes and contribute to process improvements to accommodate business growth;
  • Design and implement robust processes to inform forecasts and track performance;
  • Participate in budgeting processes and analyze variances between results and forecasts;
  • Complete complex financial analyses and participate in financial reviews with stakeholders;
  • Contribute to process improvements and set performance indicators;
  • Review transactions posted by team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent;
  • At least four years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company with international exports and rapid growth;
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work;
  • Strategic problem-solving approach with a focus on root cause analysis;
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset;
  • Team player with a collaborative approach;
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change;
  • Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required for this role, as it involves interactions with colleagues and stakeholders across Canada and globally;
  • Experience with Genius and Oracle NetSuite software is an asset.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the office on Mondays, Thursdays, and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to four weeks per year.
