Position Overview

Are you passionate about logistics and warehouse operations? CJ Logistics America is seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service in a global logistics environment.

Role Summary: The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate picking and packing of items for outbound shipments. This position involves reconciling inbound products with packing lists and addressing any discrepancies that may arise.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills; ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously (Excel, email, WMS).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
  • Accurate counting and measuring skills.
  • CSA approved Safety Shoes (green label) are mandatory.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack items according to specifications.
  • Meet established deadlines consistently.
  • Handle small objects and perform tasks requiring precision.
  • Collaborate closely with shift management and team leads to achieve shift objectives.
  • Report any errors or issues to the appropriate leadership member to maintain accuracy.
  • Participate in all training programs provided to enhance skills.
  • Execute all duties in a safe and timely manner.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
