Job Description

Position Overview Our company, CJ Logistics, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling the daily operations of Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Clamp Operators.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Clamp Operators to move products and materials within the warehouse
  • Collaborate with shift management to meet productivity and quality goals
  • Conduct inventory management and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist in loading, unloading, picking, stacking, and staging of products
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and accuracy in shipping
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
  • Perform other assigned duties as required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field
  • Knowledge of RF systems and inventory management software
  • Basic math and reading skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is an asset
