Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of various material handling equipment, including Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Clamp Trucks, within our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Clamps to facilitate warehouse operations.
  • Work closely with management to achieve operational targets.
  • Manage the loading, unloading, picking, stacking, and staging of inventory.
  • Support inventory control and participate in cycle counting activities.
  • Ensure accurate stock rotation and maintain shipping precision.
  • Keep the work environment clean and organized.
  • Uphold safety standards in all tasks performed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications - Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in logistics or distribution environments.
  • Familiarity with RF scanning systems.
  • Basic proficiency in mathematics and reading comprehension.
  • Ability to adhere to instructions and guidelines.
  • Leadership experience is advantageous.
