Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the dishroom and customer areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
