Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A New York Fries #3292. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Replenish condiments, supplies, and food items at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as cooking and reheating food, to meet customer demands.
  • Take customers' orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas with food and supplies to maintain a well-stocked environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and chemicals in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, presenting menus, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a positive attitude.
