Job Overview

As the General Manager at Daadir Transportation Ltd, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our trucking services. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocation of resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to effectively implement company policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the creation of key departments and appoint senior management roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and enforce financial and administrative controls, approve marketing strategies, and oversee human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs that align with our mission.
  • Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Supervisory Role

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows is essential for this role.

Work Environment

Qualifications
