Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Alpatech Global Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one place to another.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Logistics Planning: Plan and organize the operational logistics of our organization, including freight forwarding and transportation management.
- Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, as well as maintain accurate work records and logs.
- Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in dispatch management service software and MS Office
- Industry Experience: Shipping line experience preferred
- Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check
- Transportation/Travel: Valid driver's license
- Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication skills and ability to multitask
