About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for our customers while ensuring a safe and healthy food environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, taking into account customer dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
