Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

Join Behaviour Interactive Inc. as a key leader in shaping the global direction for Influencer and PR efforts. As a Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you will set the tone for our original games, raising awareness, increasing reach, and delivering exceptional experiences to the press and our communities. Your team will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality, high-return influencer campaigns, ensuring the sound operation of our content creator program, and fostering collaboration with partners and agencies worldwide. You will be the voice of our influencer and PR efforts internally, ensuring cross-collaboration between teams and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Communications. Key responsibilities include setting the global direction for Influencer management and Public Relations, empowering your team to create and execute high-quality campaigns, fostering collaboration with partners and agencies, advocating for Influencer and PR initiatives, and communicating player experience insights and addressing negative sentiment and press. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is required, with solid experience successfully launching games and working on GaaS campaigns. Knowledge of the current game community, influencers, and journalists is a strong plus. A solid understanding of Influencer and PR KPIs, a track record of driving positive ROI, and strong understanding of current game/entertainment Influencer and PR trends are essential. Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a strong passion for team building and mentoring, self-motivated, able to develop new initiatives, and a proven track record as an exceptional collaborator are also required. Fluency in English is necessary, with speaking French being a strong plus.
