About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at A Mackenzie Security (1993) Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
  • Executive Management: Oversee the management of various departments, including finance, human resources, and operations.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the company's financial health.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement processes and systems to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of senior executives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the board of directors, employees, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong work ethic.
