About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at A Mackenzie Security (1993) Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Operational Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Team Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Representative: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly and have a valid driver's license.
