Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Webber. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of our infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to ensure the optimal use and maintenance of our assets.
- Collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our employees and the public.
- Provide leadership and guidance to our team members, including training and development opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with our projects, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to project sites and meetings with clients and stakeholders. The candidate will also be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
