Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at GameStop. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Suggestive selling to increase sales and meet sales targets
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Adaptability, goal-oriented, positive attitude, time management, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and team player
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 3 to 15 hours per week
